My experiences and other people’s experiences taught me a lot.
When students have a phenomenal teacher, those students tend to stick around.
Not only did that teacher teach well,
that teacher empowered students to strive towards their goals,
no matter the difficulty and challenges that lay ahead.
Believing in those students and encouraging them to be the best version of their desired self was a must.
And when they felt defeated, that teacher helped pick them back up again.
